What to verify
Confirm that the title, first image, selected option, source price and product ID still agree. A working URL alone does not prove that the item is the one shown on the card.
A step-by-step route from discovery to listing verification without treating a repost as proof.
The complete verification path starts with a search term, narrows to a category route, records the product ID and then checks the destination fields in one pass. Title, first image, selected option, measurements and source price must describe the same item. A redirect that opens successfully is not enough. Save the result with its check date and replace a route only after the alternative passes the same field-by-field comparison.
Confirm that the title, first image, selected option, source price and product ID still agree. A working URL alone does not prove that the item is the one shown on the card.
Listings change, variants disappear and reposted sheets can keep an old image after the destination changes. Treat every outbound page as current third-party information.
Save the product ID, compare measurements, inspect recent feedback and keep screenshots of the selected option before paying on any external service.
