Use the spreadsheet as a starting record
Search by a known product ID or a short descriptive phrase. Compare the first image, category, selected option and current destination before saving a candidate. A copied row is not a guarantee of availability.
Product IDs belong to their source catalog. Keep the source and ID together; a numeric page route is not necessarily the product identifier. Use categories for discovery, then move to the exact listing for comparison.
Keep one record per product and option
Save the current URL, identifier, option, measurements and actual check date. Keep alternatives as separate records rather than silently replacing the item behind an old recommendation.
